I'm very familiar with the TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) project that Col. Davies was talking about. I've actually met some of the people working on it and it sounds like they're doing some really cool things. The military is really doing a great job proving the potential of mHealth by being early-adopters. Voxiva has partnered with the military a couple of times, once to do post-vaccination surveillance for soldiers vaccinated for smallpox and the flu, and another, large disease surveillance project in Peru. Our website (click my name) has those case studies if you want to learn more about those.
