They aren&#039;t necessarily the geeks though they are perhaps driven by those technically minded folks who see the need to implement it. The group I work with are the aged and the chronically ill. They are often rural and poor and lack other access to medicine. 

I did not read the whole set of slides, but the opener just struck me as being ridiculous. I am sorry to read it was from someone at the NIH.</description>
