Kaiser&#039;s CIO basically thinks innovation projects that failed quickly and cheaply is also considered a successful project due to the lessons learned.  At this point, Kaiser is looking at multiple vendors to deliver the mass communication/notification services for us including our pilot vendor for the text messaging innovation pilot project.  I hope that is clear.</description>
