Physicians and nurses cannot be overwhelmed with non-actionable data. This will require that computerized systems screen the data and make decisions with only the "positives" being sent on for overview. That will require a lot of FDA scrutiny and it is exactly how monitors in hospitals work. The computer calls VTACH and a tech or nurse reviews it. The computer systems are designed with high sensitivity which creates false alarms (many more than true positive alarms).
