Mayo Clinic announced a five-year research and development collaboration with medical products company Baxter International. Focusing initially on kidney disease, the stated goal of the project is to “advance new technologies and therapies that transform patient care” especially “in areas where breakthrough treatment options can be introduced and innovation can drive access to high-quality care.”

In the world of sports tracking, Zebra Sports and Kinduct have teamed up to integrate the Zebra Sports practice system with the Kinduct Athlete Management System. The new system will allow teams to track athletes’ health, wellness, and performance with Zebra and analyze that data with Kinduct’s system.
