Berlin-based 8fit has raised $10 million in its first round of funding to support its health and fitness app of the same name. Creandum, a European VC investor, and Eight Roads Ventures, a global firm, co-led the round. Stockholm, Sweden-based Kry, purveyors of an app-based telemedicine service, have closed on almost $22.6 million in Series A funding led by Silicon Valley venture firm Accel Partners.
