Health tech venture-backed investments continued strong in 2019, hitting a record and cementing health tech as the fastest growing healthcare sector, according to a report by Silicon Valley Bank (SVB). The year so far has seen 136 digital health investment deals over $2 million, for a total of $2.1 billion in funding according to Rock Health's mid-year report.
