RadiantGraph, a company that uses machine learning and AI to drive consumer engagement for healthcare, announced it raised $11 million in Series A funding just weeks after releasing news of launching integration capabilities with Amazon Web Service (AWS), Google Cloud platform, Snowflake and Databricks.
M13 led the Series A round with participation from XYZ Ventures and True Ventures.
WHAT IT DOES
RadiantGraph offers a platform that uses machine learning and AI to help healthcare plans unravel and decode intricate data from operational systems, providers and other sources to deliver personalized member communication that may improve engagement and care outcomes.
The San Francisco-based company said it will use the funds to expand its AI platform capabilities.
"Healthcare needs its own consumer engagement platform. AI capabilities have become exceptionally powerful and can help us pin-point how to engage each consumer based on their unique needs. But, without a platform that solves healthcare problems on day one, companies are spending tens of millions cobbling together point data solutions and systems that just haven't worked," Anmol Madan, founder and CEO of RadiantGraph, said in a statement.
"This funding will accelerate our ability to help payors and healthcare organizations see the positive impact of consumer engagement on their KPIs and bottom line."
MARKET SNAPSHOT
RadiantGraph launched last year with $5 million in seed funding in a round led by XYZ Ventures and True Ventures, with participation from Remus Capital.
At the time, the company said it would use the funds to speed its growth, including establishing partnerships with new healthcare organizations.
Another patient engagement platform is Carenet Health, which announced in 2022 that it acquired fellow patient engagement company Stericycle Communication Solutions for approximately $45 million in cash.
Luma Health also offers engagement services via text-based scheduling, referrals, appointment reminders, intake, telehealth and other patient-provider communications. It announced a $130 million Series C raise in 2021.
