Integrity Applications, which is currently developing noninvasive glucometer GlucoTrak, has announced a major leadership shakeup. Cofounder and previous CEO Avner Gal has stepped down. In his place, serving as CEO and Chairman, will be John Graham, an 18-year veteran of pharmaceutical company Aventis. Additionally, Angela Strand, a previous Proteus Digital Health VP, will serve as vice chair.

"John is clearly the leader for Integrity's future, and he has the unanimous support of the Board of Directors. We've selected a very strong leader at a time when Integrity is transitioning from a development to a commercial stage company," Strand said in a statement. "John's extensive track record of building successful companies and deep understanding of the diabetes market will enable us to realize our goal of making GlucoTrack the worldwide standard of care for people with diabetes."

Also out: COO Eran Cohen and board member Phil Darivoff. Gal's cofounder David Malka, who serves as vice president, will see his duties expanded. Of note, the company added a new CFO last month.

eRx Networks, which provides pharmacy claims switching and secure electronic prescription routing for retail pharmacies, has also added a new CEO, Mark Doerr. Doerr is a 20-year pharmacy veteran who most recently managed enterprise operations for Giant Eagle.

"Mark's experience and deep history in this industry allows him to relate to and understand how our retail customers think and want to interact with our services. Healthcare communications company Spok has hired Michael W. Wallace as its new Chief Financial Officer. The previous CFO, Shawn Endsley, will transition into the role of chief accounting officer. Wallace previously served as CFO at Intermedix, The Elephant Group, and Radiology Corporation of America.

Ehave, a Toronto-based company creating an informatics platform for the mental health industry, has brought on a new Chief Technology Officer. Dave Goyette, who has worked at both hospitals like Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto and private companies like Philips, has worked with Ehave CEO Prateek Dwivedi in the past.
