CVS Health partners with ixlayer for branded at-home testing kits

Digital diagnostics company ixlayer announced it will produce CVS Health's branded at-home sample collection kits. Ixlayer's kits can test for Lyme disease, Vitamin D levels, thyroid function and sexually transmitted infections. Users are also provided education and information about what the results mean.
