Radiology startup Sirona Medical is acquiring the AI capabilities and some personnel from fellow radiology-focused company Nines.
The deal includes Nines' clinical data pipeline, machine learning engines, AI-enabled workflow management and analytics tools, but not the company's teleradiology business. Some personnel will also be moving to Sirona, including chief revenue officer Maureen Bradford....
