Basis Science, the activity tracker company that makes the high-end Basis B1 Band, has reportedly been purchased by Intel for between $100 million and $150 million, TechCrunch has learned. At CES this week Basis previewed its online portal, a dashboard for its upcoming Basis B1 band wrist-worn device.
