Partnership will bring iTriage into 180 new hospitals

iTriageHealthagen, developer of iOS app iTriage, announced this week that it is partnering with the emergency staffing and management firm Schumacher Group to integrate iTriage into the more than 180 hospitals the group services in 24 states. The partnership coincides with a major version update for the free app.

Designed and developed by two Denver-based ER doctors, iTriage aims to help consumers make better healthcare decisions by providing relevant medical info, transparency around quality, and info and access to local healthcare facilities. The newest version of the app includes over 1,000 medication listings, as well as an updated provider search function. Last February, Healthagen acquired AppointmentCity, a mobile-enabled service that helps consumers more easily book appointments at hospitals, urgent care facilities, physicians’ offices.
